   Having either low secretion levels of testosterone by the testes, having low functional effects because of poor circulation, having competition by less active testosterone metabolites, or having high levels of adipose-released estradiol (former testosterone) in obesity that ends up suppressing testosterone. There are, of course, organic diseases that can cause the condition.
